How much does counseling cost?

One 50 minute session is $110.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance, so sessions are self-pay. That being said, I am happy to provide a superbill upon request.

How long are counseling sessions?

Each session is 50 minutes long. Extended sessions are available for a prorated fee upon approval of both client and therapist.

Do you offer telehealth options?

I offer both virtual and in person sessions.

What types of clients do you see?

I accept individual clients 16 years and older. I do not offer couples or family therapy at this time, but would be happy to provide a referral if you are looking for someone who can accommodate children, couples, and/or families.

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Finding the right therapist is critical to the healing process. Because of this, I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to all prospective clients. This provides us the opportunity to get to know one another, chat about your specific needs, and assess if we may be a good fit.

Where is your office located?

My office is located in Buena Vista, Colorado; however, I offer virtual counseling sessions to clients based anywhere in Colorado.
